Account Request

To send or receive files through our Secure Client Portal, you must first be set up with an account.  To obtain an account, please fill out the request form below.  Please allow one business day for a response to requests submitted through this form.  If you need immediate access, please give our office a call.  After we process your request, you will receive an email with instructions on creating a password.  Follow the instructions to finish creating your account.  You will then be able to log in to the Secure Client Portal on the previous screen.
